Fit Food - Healthy Cooking Course
Would you like to change to a healthier diet and don't really know how?
Do you already eat healthy but would like to get more ideas of what to cook?
Most of us think healthy eating is complicated and time consuming.
But that is not so.
Healthy eating is not rocket science!
With my cooking courses I want to encourage you to find a simple way to include healthy meals into your daily life
A healthy diet can help to heal your body, reduce inflammation and increase your health.
In my courses you not only get the recipes but you will get the reason why we use certain foods and how they can help you to improve your health.
We will talk 2 hours about everything that has to do with food, and I will try to answer all your questions about your health and the food you would like to include in your diet
All my recipes are quick and easy to prepare and ready to eat in under half an hour.
All my recipes are whole food, plant based. gluten free and sugar free and organic.
Our group will not exceed more than 8 - 10 people.
We will prepare a starter, a main course and a dessert and of course eat it all together and have a lot of fun.

Cost for each individual course is £25 to be paid at the day.
