Fit Food - Healthy Cooking Course

Let me show you that healthy eating doesn't has to be all complicated and time consuming.
All my recipes are easy to prepare and ready to eat in under half an hour!
Healthy eating can be fun, you feel better & full of energy!
With my cooking courses I want to encourage you to find a simple way to include healthy meals into your daily life.
Healthy nutritious food can help you to heal your body, reduce inflammation and increase your health.
As a nutritional therapist I will not only prepare a wonderful, delicious 2-3 course dinner with you but also will you leave with ;
* a full tummy,
*a greater knowledge about nutrition,
* a better understanding what to look out for when you go shopping,
* Feeling more confident to try new recipes for yourself,
* and maybe a few more friends.
All my recipes are quick and easy to prepare and ready to eat in under half an hour.
The recipes are plant based. gluten free / sugar free and mostly organic.
Our group will not exceed more than 8 - 10 people.
