The reality is: for most people diets don't work - not in the long term. This group programme will teach you a unique approach to weight loss and healthy living. You will learn about the effect different foods have on your wellbeing, reconnect with yourself and feel empowered to make the right choices. Just imagine letting go of calorie counting, standing on the scales and judging yourself. How would that change your life?

The group weight-loss programme explained:

This is a unique approach to weight loss, letting go of calorie counting, and other unhealthy behaviour.

No more feeling pressured to stand on the scales (only if you want to).

This is all about education, empowerment and self-healing.

Learn about the effect different food has on your physical wellbeing.

Reconnect with yourself. Feel less judgmental and instead, more loving and kind.

Understand your food choices and habits to gain back control.

  • You set your goals. You are accountable only to yourself but you can count on the wider group to support you as well.


  • This group will be free of judgment, but full of support and understanding for each other as we learn to live our lives in a more light-hearted way.


You have all the answers already

The truth is: you are never too old, too overweight or too inactive to make a change! Innate wellbeing is inbuilt. It is your birthright! Just imagine being able to activate your own innate abilities to heal yourself physically and mentally? What could be possible for you if you felt happy and comfortable in your own skin? If looking in the mirror made you smile instead of groan!


Living Lighter is all about education, empowerment and self-healing. It’s about supporting you to better understand your food choices and habits so that you learn to love the skin you’re in. Working in a group, you will have support and connection with like-minded people, without feeling judged. Although your own personal goals may be different, you will probably find others on the programme who feel similarly to you about their relationship with their body. Hearing others speak of their experiences often resonates with us and helps us gain insight into ourselves.

Details of the Living Lighter program:

We will meet over a period of 6 months

The first 8 weeks we meet every week, after that we meet once a month with an additional monthly meeting with a guest speaker

  • In the first 4 weeks we will cover:

    Week 1.

    Your innate ability of self-healing. Understanding your healing power and the food that is sabotaging this effect


    Week 2.

    Sugar craving


    Week 3

    Fasting (Effects of fasting/ Autophagy) 


    Week 4. 

    What is your true nature? Who are you? Why do you think you are out of control when it comes to eating. 

  • The next 4 weeks is all bout you:

    Weeks  5-8

    During these 4 weeks you will find a deeper knowing of who you truly are,  understand your relationship to food and revisit your motivation will leave you less judgemental but more loving and kind with yourself. You feel empowered and you start to see yourself and your surrounding with different eyes. 



  • Monthly Meetings

    The next 4 months we meet once a month:

    We always learn through others. Ask your questions and I will answer this in the group. Your question is often not unique. When others talk we often hear something for ourselves, something that resonates with us. Maybe something comes to the surface we were not aware of before. 



    The next 4 months will give you the time to go back into your everyday life.

    And still have the feeling of support.


    Also at this time, we will hold 1 extra meeting each month where we invite different speakers, I will announce later in the programme.

Paola Royal

Nutritional Therapist & Mindset Mentor

Dipl. in Physiotherapy, Dipl. in the scientific approach of nutrition

Hi, I’m Paola! With over 30 years in the medical profession, a diploma in Physiotherapy, nutritional therapy, EFT and training as a facilitator of the inside out understanding, I am uniquely qualified to give you the support you need to heal at a cellular level, looking at food, exercise, and mindset altogether. 


Did you know we only use 5 % of our brain capacity? There is so much we don’t know yet! We often look externally for answers, but we have everything we need within us already. My passion is to encourage you to listen to what your body is telling you and reconnect with your true nature. For me, learning about our innate self-healing abilities opened a different door to my approach to mental and physical health.

I am so excited to share my knowledge and experience with you through this programme.



What the programme does and does not include:



  • Meeting with like-minded people
  • Lots of education about self-healing physically and mentally
  • Exploring your true nature
  • Learning from other teachers
  • You will leave the programme having a better understanding of yourself, your food choices and what is stopping you from living the life you would like to live, feeling better in your own skin and losing unwanted weight effortlessly.


What it doesn’t include is analysing specific health issues you are facing and finding solutions for them.

I worked with Paola on her six month program. It was great to have the time to really break some big habits I had picked up over the years! When I started I had some major health issues and has been suggested surgery to correct. Working with Paola on gut health, fasting and healthy eating I soon began to feel the healing benefits and my body began to heal.
