These are delicious and wheat free!

A great dish for the whole family or when you have friends around.

Different pestos or hummus make it even more interesting.

Servings: 4-6 wraps depending on size

Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Oven temperature: 150°C

Ingredients for the wrap:

160g gram flour (chickpea flour)

¼ tsp turmeric

½ tsp fine cut ginger

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp ground coriander

ca. 260 ml water

2 tbsp olive oil

Heat up the oven to 150°C and place a big plate in the oven, this is to keep the wraps warm while you prepare.

Mix the flour and spices together in a bowl. Cut the ginger finely and add to the flour, then add the olive oil.

Slowly whisk in the water until you get a pancake-like texture.

Put a pan with a lid on the stove on medium heat. Add the coconut oil and then add a soup serving spoon of the mix, as you would do when making pancakes and add the lid. When you can lift up the wrap, place it on the plate in the oven and continue with the next one until you’ve used all the mix.
