This bespoke six-month programme is designed to take the struggle out of weight loss. I'll be your mentor on your weight loss journey and together we will change the way you think about food, nutrition and exercise. My goal is not only to help you lose weight but to develop healthier habits. At the end of the programme, you'll have a better understanding of yourself and be able to take your life into your own hands and continue to make more sustainable, healthy choices.
